Manny kept running into the same moment: someone would describe a dream with real detail and real fear, and then apologize for bringing it up.

He started Just Jump so that moment would have somewhere to land. Not a stage — a room. Somewhere the response is a question instead of a polite nod.

He'll be the first to say the movement doesn't belong to him. His work is logistics and honesty: keep the door open, keep the room safe to be ambitious in, and make sure nobody's jump goes unwitnessed.
